WKC Bands had their very first concert of the year on November 27. The program began with the Grade 9’s putting on their first high school performance. Next up was the WKC Concert Band, featuring all the Grade 10’s, 11’s, and 12’s playing together for the first time this year. Then we had a little treat: a saxophone quartet getting us in the Christmas mood with “Winter Wonderland”. The WKC Wind Ensemble was the final performance of the evening. Thank you to everyone who came out to the concert and for all the donations to Winnipeg Harvest. Thanks especially to all the Band Students who put their hard work in to make this happen! All the bands were fantastic!
