Our Grade 10 Physical Education students continue to benefit from attending the P.A.R.T.Y. Program at the Health Science Centre. The Manitoba Brain Injury Association gives young adults a chance to see the process that a brain injury survivor would go through.
West Kildonan Collegiate was the first group to experience the Simulation Lab, where students actually got to assess and practice medical procedures on a ‘brain injured” mannequin. Students were impressed by the technology available to teach medical professionals how to perfect their craft.
