The WKC Grade 9 Hockey Academy class spent the morning at 7 Oaks Arena with NRG for a Mobility Screening Assessment, Off-Ice Workout and Concussion Awareness Talk. Meanwhile, Mr. Arnold organized the Hockey Cage (please ‘mind’ the hockey bag stalls). The kids worked hard and built some character along the way!
