On Friday, January 19th, 2018, Sustainable Living Academy Manitoba (SLAM) students attended the Maples MET School Water Conference.  They were inspired by hearing keynote Clayton Thomas-Muller speak on the importance of addressing Climate Change and the Honorable Minister of Sustainable Development Rochelle Squires speak to the importance of water stewardship in Manitoba.  Maples MET students hosted several break-out sessions on a wide variety of environmental issues related to water.  Thank you to all the students and teachers at Maples MET who organized this amazing event!
